Lead end-to-end execution of complex satellite programs from award through on-orbit delivery. Own program baseline, build and manage level 4-5 IMS, control cost/risk/ETC/EAC, run program reviews, manage suppliers and cross-functional teams, administer contracts and change control, and serve as primary customer execution interface.

Perform spacecraft-level structural analysis and testing, ensure fastener and component stress margins, apply force-limiting methodology, correlate FEA models to vibration test data, support mechanical trade studies, vendor selection, layouts, interface design, drawings, assembly and test, and review supplier and payload mechanical analysis. Provide or learn satellite thermal analysis as needed.

Manage full sales lifecycle for Loft's space mission services across the Americas: generate and qualify leads, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and support accounts during program execution.
