Perform spacecraft-level structural analysis and testing, ensure fastener and component stress margins, apply force-limiting methodology, correlate FEA models to vibration test data, support mechanical trade studies, vendor selection, layouts, interface design, drawings, assembly and test, and review supplier and payload mechanical analysis. Develop test plans, execute RF performance and environmental tests (thermal vacuum, vibration, EMI/EMC), troubleshoot hardware, analyze and report results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize RF system performance and ensure flight readiness.

Lead satellite mission technical activities across multiple missions as the payload SME. Interface with hardware/software teams, develop CONOPS and SLAs, support program/product management, review test plans, participate in integration, AIT, launch, and in-orbit operations, and perform satellite-level analyses and V&V planning.

Design, analyze, release, and maintain manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and GSE for satellite assembly and AIT. Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, SOPs, and training materials. Support production planning, manufacturing-readiness reviews, root-cause investigations, continuous improvement, cleanroom layouts, and industrialization to scale spacecraft manufacturing.
