Provide commercial insights to leadership and ensure cross-functional compliance and enforceability of contract obligations.

Lead assembly, integration, and testing of RF subsystems for spacecraft. Develop test plans, execute RF performance and environmental tests (thermal vacuum, vibration, EMI/EMC), troubleshoot hardware, analyze and report results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize RF system performance and ensure flight readiness.

Lead satellite mission technical activities across multiple missions as the payload SME. Interface with hardware/software teams, develop CONOPS and SLAs, support program/product management, review test plans, participate in integration, AIT, launch, and in-orbit operations, and perform satellite-level analyses and V&V planning.

Design, analyze, release, and maintain manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and GSE for satellite assembly and AIT. Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, SOPs, and training materials. Support production planning, manufacturing-readiness reviews, root-cause investigations, continuous improvement, cleanroom layouts, and industrialization to scale spacecraft manufacturing.

Lead Loft's EMEA commercial and institutional sales, build and execute multi-year BD strategies, influence RFPs, manage proposal development, negotiate and close high-value contracts, and represent Loft to government agencies and commercial partners across Europe.
