Lead strategy and roadmap for Klaxoon (visual collaboration/whiteboards) within Wrike. Drive adoption, AI-native product development, vertical use cases, convergence with Wrike, and customer retention. Coach and grow a team of Product Managers, align cross-functional stakeholders, and embed AI-native R&D practices to evolve the whiteboarding experience.

Lead expansion and renewal efforts for a portfolio of commercial SaaS customers (250–5,000 employees). Drive multi-year account plans, identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities, manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles (RFPs, negotiation, procurement), deliver executive-level presentations and demos, analyze adoption and usage to prioritize expansion, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets.

Lead Wrike's Core product unit, defining vision and strategy across five product teams. Prioritize roadmap trade-offs, enable AI-native R&D, align cross-functional stakeholders, and coach five Product Managers to improve product quality, scalability, usability, and AI readiness.

Design and ship LLM- and ML-driven features and platform components from requirements through production. Own data analysis, model design, prompting/LLM techniques, reproducible research, code quality, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to scale AI capabilities across the product.

Lead Wrike's Core product unit (five teams, five PMs). Define vision and strategy balancing power, usability, and AI-readiness. Prioritize work, enable AI-native R&D, align cross-functional stakeholders, and coach PMs to grow into stronger product leaders.

Own full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales to land and expand large accounts (10,000+ employees). Lead discovery, presentations to C-suite, negotiate contracts, forecast pipeline, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage legal/procurement/security processes, drive upsell/cross-sell, and ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success.

Maintain and improve cloud and datacenter infrastructure for reliability, stability, and efficiency. Automate tasks, implement and support infrastructure services, improve configuration management, participate in incident response/on-call duties, and drive end-to-end projects alongside architects and tech leads.

Owner and main contributor for the PostgreSQL stack, maintain and upgrade DB infrastructure, manage product infrastructure, implement solutions to meet 99.9% uptime SLA, work with GCP/AWS/Cloudflare using IaC, introduce new infrastructure services, participate in incident response and on-call, and collaborate internationally to improve observability, automation, and reliability.
