Lead Wrike's Core product unit, defining vision and strategy across five teams. Manage and develop five Product Managers, prioritize roadmaps, balance usability, scalability and AI-readiness, and enable AI-native R&D while aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain core reliability components (rate limiters, DB migration tools, circuit breakers, distributed caches). Troubleshoot production incidents, optimize PostgreSQL, ensure distributed system performance, create reusable resilience tooling, and promote reliability best practices across engineering teams.

Maintain and improve platform reliability, stability, and efficiency. Automate operational tasks, implement and support new infrastructure services, improve configuration management, participate in incident response/on-call, and drive end-to-end infrastructure projects. Own Kubernetes, Kafka, DB management, and IaC across cloud providers.

Lead EMEA demand generation, manage regional marketing leads, build and execute localized campaigns and events, partner with sales on ABM and pipeline goals, use AI to scale personalization and content, own forecasting and program measurement.
