Design RESTful APIs and event-driven systems, contribute to frontend components, improve performance and cost-efficiency, maintain CI/CD pipelines, mentor junior engineers, enforce testing and code-quality practices, and document shared components.

Support development and execution of global marketing campaigns: build campaign plans, track performance, coordinate localisation, manage Salesforce campaign hierarchies, optimize workflows and Asana-based project infrastructure, analyze KPIs, run A/B tests, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Own full sales cycle, build executive relationships, deliver consultative solutions, manage pipeline/forecasting in Salesforce, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel up to 25% to close complex deals.

Lead multiple technical support teams to deliver user support, manage escalations and outages, track KPIs, drive continuous improvement, coach and develop staff, partner cross-functionally on processes and projects, and deputise for the Global Support Director.
