Provides executive leadership, develops distributed finance teams, oversees global governance and risk management, supports M&A integration, modernizes finance systems through automation and AI, and partners with the CFO, executive leadership, and Board on enterprise financial strategy.

Provides Tier 1 technical and non-technical customer support through email, phone, and live chat. Troubleshoots product access and performance issues, coordinates with Engineering and Product Management, maintains technical documentation, and supports positive customer relationships. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, computer skills, and flexibility for weekend and nonstandard hours. Familiarity with learning management systems, web technologies, and SaaS is beneficial.

Resolve product, access, and performance issues; coordinate with Engineering and Product Management; maintain technical documentation; and build positive customer relationships. Prospect into new accounts, generate and qualify leads, nurture opportunities, and build sales pipeline for Turnitin’s education technology products. Responsibilities include market research, territory planning, multi-touch campaigns across social media, email, and phone, objection handling, stakeholder mapping, CRM updates, sales-team collaboration, and meeting KPI targets.

Design, build, and optimize scalable shared backend services using Java and serverless (AWS Lambda). Design RESTful APIs and event-driven systems, contribute frontend components as needed, improve performance and cost-efficiency, implement CI/CD and automated tests, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document shared components.

Manage commercial FP&A activities, including Tableau dashboards, sales commission and incentive calculations, revenue analysis, financial reporting, and performance insights. Partner with sales leaders and executives, administer incentive platforms, improve commercial data processes, and support strategic initiatives. The role requires strong Tableau expertise, experience with complex commission structures and SaaS revenue, advanced analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Maintains general ledgers for U.S. and international entities, prepares journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll postings, variance analyses, and cash forecasts. Supports month-end close, statutory accounts, tax reporting, audits, accounting providers, internal customers, and process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, Excel proficiency, accounting systems experience, and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple time zones.
