Design, build, and optimize scalable shared backend services using Java and serverless technologies (AWS Lambda). Design RESTful APIs and event-driven systems, contribute to frontend components, implement and maintain CI/CD, ensure high code quality through testing and reviews, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional distributed teams, and produce documentation for shared components.

Administer and optimize Zendesk and AWS Connect CX platforms, build automated routing and AI bot workflows, manage integrations and vendors, monitor AI performance and system health, produce reports/dashboards, enforce access and change management, and drive AI and automation initiatives to reduce tickets and improve customer experience.

Support development and execution of global marketing campaigns: create plans, track progress and KPIs, coordinate localisation, manage Salesforce campaign hierarchies, optimise performance via data and A/B tests, maintain Asana project infrastructure and documentation, champion AI tools, and report recommendations to stakeholders.

Support Engineering leadership by analyzing delivery data, improving planning and tooling, defining delivery metrics and dashboards, standardizing Jira/Confluence workflows, and driving continuous process and governance improvements to increase predictability and delivery effectiveness.

Support global marketing campaign planning and execution: develop campaign plans, track performance, coordinate localisation, manage Asana workflows, create Salesforce campaigns, analyse KPIs, run A/B tests, and drive process improvements across regional teams.

Support sales teams with day-to-day operations, intake and resolve sales ops cases, document and standardize end-to-end sales processes, design decision logic and automated quality checks, maintain SOP knowledge base, and create orchestration-ready process blueprints to enable automation and AI assistance.

Manage a portfolio of higher-education accounts to drive adoption, secure renewals, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and deliver measurable outcomes. Build executive relationships, run data-driven business reviews, monitor customer health, represent customer feedback internally, and champion advocates for case studies and referrals.
