Leads process development, validation, risk analysis, and continuous improvement for medical device manufacturing. Develops and validates stable production processes, conducts trials and DOE studies, evaluates materials and process changes, establishes acceptance criteria, and authors technical reports. Collaborates with Quality, R&D, engineers, and technicians while supporting manufacturing operations, implementing equipment safety protocols, and leading process improvement initiatives.
