Administer and support office and remote infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, operating systems, security updates, and hardware. Troubleshoot user and system issues, monitor performance, maintain documentation, and manage infrastructure upgrades. Support Azure, AI, automation, and Microsoft Copilot solutions, as well as healthcare imaging environments involving PACS, RIS, DICOM, and HL7. Configure firewalls, routing, databases, and enterprise systems while providing IT training and onboarding support.
