As a Business Consultant, you will support client onboarding, build playbooks, analyze data trends, and collaborate across teams to improve customer experiences.

Own a product line end-to-end: run discovery with customers, define measurable success, design solutions with design and engineering, and increase activation, usability, and retention through evidence-driven, AI-native product work.

Lead and build Capcade's design function: set craft standards, prototype and ship UX (especially AI-enabled features), run user research, create a usable design system, and improve core workflows like data rooms, onboarding, dashboards, and admin tools to measurably improve activation, retention, and usability.
