Manages photovoltaic module inventory across warehouses, verifies shipments and receipts, maintains module records, and assists with on-site material handling. Requires strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to work from the Annapolis office with approximately 10% travel.

Own end-to-end prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance for solar O&M projects: identify covered work, ensure correct classifications and rates, validate payroll coding and payments, manage subcontractor submissions, deliver certified payroll packages through client portals, reconcile deficiencies and process corrections, maintain audit-ready records, and monitor regulatory guidance.

Serve as primary client contact for high-profile solar customers, handle inquiries, route requests, manage Drive O&M and AlsoEnergy monitoring tools, prepare proposals, ensure data integrity, run reports, review onboarding site data, and interpret contracts and billing issues.
