Build and manage a sponsorship pipeline, create compelling proposals and partnership packages, negotiate and coordinate sponsor benefits, track fulfilment and reporting, maintain partner relationships, support renewals, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure deliverables are met for Livespot events and experiences.

Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Managing Director: manage schedules, correspondence, travel, meetings, reports and presentations; attend events; handle confidential information; perform minor accounting and office filing; support projects and ensure high service standards.
