The Tier 3 Engineer will lead technical projects, handle escalated technical support, audit security environments, and mentor junior engineers.

The Support Engineer Level 1 will provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, install software and hardware, document activities, and collaborate with teams.

Support customer accounts throughout the lifecycle by coordinating onboarding, renewals, meetings, and communications. Maintain records in HubSpot and other systems, prepare reports and contracts, assist account expansion efforts, and collaborate with Client Success Managers and cross-functional teams to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
