Provides field-facing engineering support for Spear Bio’s SPEAR S.W.I.F.T. instrument platform. Responsibilities include customer-site installations, IQ/OQ execution, preventive maintenance, service calls, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, thermal, optical, fluidic, software, and assay workflow issues. The role also supports customer onboarding, documentation, root-cause investigations, engineering improvements, ECOs, refurbishment, NPI builds, verification testing, and service documentation. Travel is up to 70%, primarily domestic, with occasional international travel.
