As an Account Manager, you will manage mid-market and enterprise accounts, driving growth and building relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction with Nutrient's platform.

Generate enterprise pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting, including cold calls, email, social outreach, and ABM campaigns. Identify decision-makers, uncover business needs, present solutions, qualify opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM activity records. Collaborate with sales and marketing on target accounts, messaging, and outreach strategies while developing strong product knowledge. The role is fully remote and offers visibility into pipeline impact and sales career growth.

Own first-line technical support for Nutrient Workflow: triage customer tickets, reproduce and debug production issues across app and cloud layers, escalate clear reproducible bugs to engineering, run live troubleshooting calls, and build AI-powered automations and tooling to speed triage and responses.

The Account Executive will build a territory of prospects, manage the full sales cycle, and close new business in B2B SaaS, requiring strong closing skills and ability to convey technical product benefits.

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and ABM campaigns to generate enterprise pipeline. Identify decision-makers, qualify requirements, document activity in CRM, and collaborate with sales and marketing to open opportunities and articulate product value.

Own technical onboarding, adoption, health, and retention for a portfolio of customers. Perform technical discovery, build POCs, troubleshoot integrations, surface expansion opportunities, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
