Lead and modernize Geneva's finance function: build FP&A, select and implement an ERP, modernize reporting and BI, apply AI/automation, oversee accounting operations, ensure government contracting compliance, manage audits, and develop finance leadership to support organizational growth.

Provide project financial and contract control for government contracts: forecasting, cost reporting, ETC/EAC, accruals, vendor/subcontract reviews, audit support, and closeout activities while ensuring compliance with DoD cost and contract regulations.

Manage federally funded awards end-to-end including budget oversight, negotiations, compliance, subrecipient monitoring, proposal support, award start-up and close-out. Supervise and train award administration staff and provide financial reporting and stakeholder support.

Manage all aspects of research award administration: budget and financial oversight, award negotiation and compliance, subrecipient monitoring, proposal support, project set-up and close-out, and supervise/mentor award administration staff while supporting business development and stakeholder engagement.
