Support project teams to design, deliver, and commission HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems for new construction, retrofits, and service. Assist with subcontracts, purchase orders, scheduling, material delivery tracking, and field coordination. Provide high-level, proactive support to the President of Building Services: manage complex calendars, draft executive communications, coordinate meetings/events and offsites, prepare briefings and presentations, track action items, support strategic projects, and improve administrative systems to enable leadership decision-making and organizational alignment.

Sell HVAC and mechanical contracting services by developing customer relationships, prospecting retrofit and tenant-improvement opportunities, generating $1.5M–$2.5M in first-year sold revenue, building a qualified pipeline, collaborating with estimating/engineering/operations, and managing projects to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and quality.

Manage and grow relationships with assigned healthcare clients by consulting on goals, promoting HVAC/plumbing services, driving renewals and upsells, collaborating with sales, and keeping CRM updated to ensure timely delivery of solutions and high client satisfaction.

Sell building control systems to architects, MEP consultants, and contractors in Portland. Develop retrofit and bid proposals, write specifications, prepare estimates, grow customer accounts, deliver sales proposals, and coordinate engineers, estimators, project managers, and field staff to drive profitable project wins and high customer satisfaction.
