Architect and develop Insent’s core backend services and product modules. Collaborate with executive leadership, customer success, product managers, and designers to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Design architectures while prioritizing security, stability, scalability, and delivery speed. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. The role requires Node.js and MongoDB experience, with AWS, microservices, CI/CD, and scalable-solution architecture experience preferred.

Deploy, support, monitor, and troubleshoot large-scale microservice systems. Maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines, identify production issues, document IT infrastructure, and maintain policies and procedures. The role collaborates closely with the CTO and lead engineers and requires architecture and coding skills. Candidates need at least one year of DevOps experience and a strong AWS and microservices background.

Own post-sale relationships for B2B SaaS customers, serving as the primary contact and product expert. Lead onboarding and deployment kickoffs, monitor success metrics, analyze customer data, drive chat and conversion goals, support product adoption, provide strategic recommendations, collect feedback, and identify expansion opportunities.

Conduct prospect research and qualification across assigned territories, execute multichannel outreach, nurture contacts, schedule appointments for account executives, document activities in Salesforce, monitor market and competitive intelligence, and achieve sales goals in a B2B SaaS environment.

Design product interactions by translating business requirements, customer needs, and strategic direction into polished UI/UX experiences. Collaborate with product leaders, founders, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, including customers when needed, to identify pain points and create innovative solutions. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Insent brand, website assets, and marketing collateral, with strong attention to visual and interaction details.
