Design, analyze, integrate, test, and scale mechanical and vacuum hardware for space resource utilization. Responsibilities include designing vacuum components, performing mechanical and fluid analyses, integrating electrical and control systems, leading design reviews, overseeing procurement and assembly, executing qualification tests, and developing manufacturable hardware from prototypes to production-representative systems.

Lead Interlune’s U.S. government business development efforts, primarily with defense organizations. Build stakeholder relationships, shape new programs, manage the opportunity pipeline, lead multidisciplinary capture and proposal teams, and win funding aligned with the company’s technology roadmap. The role requires technical fluency, government sales experience, successful proposal leadership, and familiarity with SBIR funding mechanisms. Travel to customer meetings and conferences is required.
