Leads development of cryogenic distillation and isotopic separation systems from concept through manufacturing and testing. Manages and mentors chemical processing and materials science engineers, owns project execution, leads design reviews, develops process controls and test capabilities, and operates high-pressure and cryogenic systems safely. The role also involves gas-mixture analysis, laboratory facility management, hardware development, manufacturing, and government research grant proposals.
