Modern AI and sales intelligence tools are used to research accounts, identify expansion signals, and personalize outreach.

Own inbound lead response across phone, email, and LinkedIn; rapidly qualify high-intent B2B SaaS prospects; conduct discovery around technical fit, budget, and timelines; schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives; provide detailed handoff context; engage multiple stakeholders; maintain CRM and pipeline discipline; and progressively manage full-cycle SMB opportunities.
