Own and build SAFR’s customer education program, including technical documentation, online courses, instructional videos, learning paths, certifications, and LMS administration. Translate complex computer vision and security products into practical learning content for customers and partners. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Sales to address knowledge gaps, support product launches, and improve self-service education. Measure program adoption and effectiveness while personally creating and maintaining content.
