Provide high-level executive support to the CEO while managing day-to-day Head Office operations. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, meeting coordination and minutes, correspondence and presentation preparation, confidential record-keeping, office resource and vendor management, event planning, budget/expense monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to support projects and executive initiatives.

Provide front-line technical support for head office and retail stores, including POS and ERP systems, Microsoft 365/Intune, AD/Azure AD, Azure VMs, SQL Server, retail hardware, networking, and MDM. Travel across the GTA for store support and openings, work flexible hours including weekends and on-call shifts.
