Lead and manage design and engineering of marine infrastructure (berths, breakwaters, jetties, quay walls). Develop conceptual through detailed designs, review calculations/drawings, ensure code compliance, coordinate with project and construction teams, provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, risk assessments and value engineering, support tendering, review geotechnical and hydrodynamic data, and ensure timely, quality design deliverables.
