Manage relationships with assigned VIP players, deliver personalized communication and premium experiences, and support engagement and retention initiatives. The role involves understanding player behavior, collecting feedback, resolving player needs with internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and providing professional, player-first service. Candidates need customer support, sales, account management, or VIP operations experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of retention strategies, prioritization abilities, and fluency in Greek and English.

Manage a portfolio of VIP iGaming customers, build long-term relationships, identify sales opportunities, provide high-value customer support, attend hospitality events, coordinate with internal teams, and report on account progress and forecasts using key account metrics.

Build, deploy, monitor, and improve scalable machine learning models and pipelines for player behavior prediction, personalized recommendations, and dynamic content generation. Analyze large datasets using big data technologies, select appropriate algorithms, integrate ML solutions into products, and apply MLOps and CI/CD best practices. Collaborate with engineering, data, product, and business teams while translating business needs into production-ready ML solutions.

Serve as on-call first responder; lead incident triage and post-incident reviews; own observability (alerts, dashboards, logs, tracing); define SLIs/SLOs; reduce incident frequency and blast radius; automate remediation and build runbooks; drive platform and infrastructure improvements; collaborate with engineering and DevOps on reliability, capacity planning, and release gating.

Serve as the first point of contact for VIP players across channels: resolve issues, answer queries, promote rewards and promotions, escalate to internal teams, and ensure VIP-related processes and policies are followed.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership: manage calendars, meetings, international travel and visas, prepare materials, track expenses, coordinate projects and PR/events, handle confidential information, and liaise across departments to ensure timely follow-up and efficient operations.

Serve as primary contact for VIP players via calls, email and chat; resolve issues, promote offers, escalate to Trading/Bonuses/Risk/Payments, and uphold company policies while prioritizing VIP satisfaction.

Design, build, refactor, and maintain web and API applications in C#/.NET Core. Implement security and data protection, integrate third-party APIs, optimize MS SQL databases, research technologies, and participate in team code reviews to deliver maintainable, performant systems.

Build, maintain, and improve cloud infrastructure, automate deployments and CI/CD pipelines, monitor systems, manage backups and disaster recovery, containerize applications, and define DevOps best practices across teams.
