Support senior team with administrative and planning tasks to ensure campaigns run smoothly. Run day-to-day planning on key accounts, build media owner relationships, collaborate across departments to meet SLAs, and guide investment using commercial and trading insights.

Lead client-facing performance marketing strategy and campaign execution. Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensure timely on-budget deliverables, identify growth opportunities, optimize campaign efficiencies, and collaborate with account leadership to plan account growth.

Run day-to-day media planning for key accounts, build media owner relationships, coordinate cross-departmental campaign launches, apply commercial and trading insight to guide investment, and mentor junior staff while meeting SLAs and tight deadlines.

Lead performance marketing strategy and execution for multiple large clients, manage and develop the performance team, own recruiting and training, improve processes, and act as primary escalation and client relationship lead.

Develop and execute creative language across channels including narratives, scripts, storyboards, and long/short form copy. Ensure brand continuity, present ideas internally and sometimes to clients, mentor junior staff, contribute to pitches, and collaborate with Art Directors to deliver concepts.

Plan, review and optimize Paid Social campaigns with a strong focus on TikTok buying and campaign management. Coordinate with planning and IQA teams, prepare weekly and monthly reports, manage timekeeping via Zoho and use market-specific tools. Work UK timezone hours (9 AM-6 PM PH), Monday–Friday. Start as soon as possible in February. Onsite in Makati City.

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to meet and exceed client KPIs. Implement uploads, analyze performance, liaise with vendors, and coach junior staff while building client and internal relationships.

Manage a team of media planners and support the Account Director daily to ensure plans meet client objectives while balancing agency trading goals.

Lead creative strategy and concept development, collaborate with Business Directors and Strategy leads, present innovative ideas to clients, and own the agency brandcreative output for clients and new business.
