Leads the complete lifecycle of high-efficiency power electronics products, from converter architecture and topology selection through simulation, prototyping, validation, certification, manufacturing, and production. Designs PFC, LLC, PSFB, flyback, and DC-DC converters; develops digital controls; validates magnetics, gate drives, sensing, protection, and semiconductors; troubleshoots systems; supports compliance; performs root-cause analysis; and mentors engineers across product development and sustaining engineering.

Develops, optimizes, validates, and supports embedded firmware for microcontroller-based battery-charging systems. Responsibilities include firmware architecture, feature development, debugging across hardware platforms, verification, code reviews, technical documentation, cross-functional integration, and mentoring. The role also provides technical guidance, manages risks, supports manufacturing and application engineering, and improves development processes and toolchains.
