Lead power electronics product development from architecture through production, designing high-efficiency AC-DC and DC-DC converters, control systems, magnetics, gate drives, sensing, protection, and thermal solutions. Own modeling, simulation, prototyping, validation, compliance, debugging, and root-cause analysis across development and manufacturing. Provide technical leadership for new product introduction, sustaining and advanced engineering, evaluate emerging technologies, and mentor engineers while balancing performance, cost, reliability, manufacturability, and schedule.

Lead design and delivery of high-efficiency power conversion products from concept through production. Own converter architecture, topology selection, modeling, simulation, control algorithm development, magnetics and semiconductor selection, prototype bring-up, validation, EMI/EMC and safety compliance, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and mentoring across NPI, sustaining, and R&D.

Manages daily accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, cash application, reconciliations, collections, aging, and billing discrepancy resolution. Processes selected accounts payable functions, including invoice coding, approvals, purchase order matching, and journal entries. Supports month-end close, administrative tasks, stakeholder communication, and process improvement initiatives involving billing, collections, AP approvals, and recordkeeping.

Lead verification and validation of battery chargers and power conversion products through EVT/DVT/PVT and production release. Develop and execute test plans, perform electrical/thermal/functional characterization up to 1,000 VDC and 22 kW, analyze data, support DFMEA and root-cause investigations, maintain lab setups, and ensure safety, EMC, and regulatory compliance. Produce technical reports and improve test automation and processes.
