Serve as primary client contact to maximize use of the ContactPigeon platform, coordinate implementations, ensure timely fulfillment of client needs, and liaise between customers and internal technical/support teams.

Provide front-desk and general administrative support: greet visitors, handle calls and mail, schedule meetings, manage office supplies and vendors, coordinate events and team administrative needs.

Manage and grow ContactPigeon's social presence (primarily LinkedIn), create and repurpose content (posts, carousels, videos, polls, customer stories), produce simple visuals and lightweight video, build community engagement across platforms, track performance, and collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and customer success.
