The Channel Business Development Manager is responsible for managing relationships with channel partners to drive revenue through effective engagement, enablement, and sales execution.

Lead development and execution of Charterhouse's wholesale and channel go-to-market strategy. Build partner propositions, commercial models, and onboarding processes; personally drive revenue as a player‑manager; recruit and scale a channel sales team; formalise existing informal wholesale relationships; collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Sales Administration to deliver scalable channel offerings and reporting.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities via outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion. Book meetings with senior decision makers, track activity in HubSpot/Dynamics, support campaign follow-up, and meet monthly KPI targets for meetings, conversion rates, and deal value.
