Lead and grow Brazil’s enterprise sales team for global logistics payments. Create original fintech and cross-border payments content, measure pipeline influence, and collaborate with compliance and legal teams to publish within regulatory guidelines.

Serve as Tensec's primary US legal lead covering corporate, regulatory, vendor and client contracting, and multi-jurisdictional compliance. Own regulatory roadmap across BSA/AML, FinCEN, OFAC, MTL/MSB requirements, manage outside counsel, build scalable legal templates and playbooks, advise on AI and data protection obligations, and support People & HR matters across the US, Brazil, and Mexico.

Lead and build Tensec's operational backbone: design treasury orchestration, manage vendor networks, advise product/legal on onboarding, ensure AI governance, enable US market entry, and provide cross-functional operational leadership and dashboards.
