Lead infrastructure strategy and architecture across AWS, platform engineering, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure as code. Build scalable cloud infrastructure, internal tools, automation, and backend services that improve developer productivity and operational efficiency. Partner with engineering and data teams, establish observability and operational best practices, mentor engineers, and make architectural tradeoffs balancing cost, performance, security, and development speed.

Lead and grow Kindred's product design and research team, own end-to-end web and mobile member experience, set design vision and strategy, build design systems and AI-native workflows, partner cross-functionally (product, engineering, marketing), and raise the craft and trust in a marketplace-driven consumer product.

Build polished, consumer-facing web and mobile features end-to-end using React/React Native and TypeScript. Own UI/UX, APIs, and data models (Node/GraphQL/Postgres), ship and iterate, diagnose production issues, and balance product, design, and engineering trade-offs to deliver fast, reusable experiences.

Lead segment strategy, validation, and GTM for priority audiences. Design experiments to prove product-market fit by segment, translate insights into positioning and playbooks, and enable cross-functional teams to execute growth and retention initiatives.

Lead and build Kindred's lifecycle marketing function: design omni-channel member journeys (email, SMS, push, in-app, emerging channels), launch and optimize high-volume campaigns, partner cross-functionally to align product and brand, develop data-driven personalization and experimentation, hire and grow a team, and implement lifecycle infrastructure and playbooks to drive hosting, travel activation, and long-term member engagement.

Lead Copywriter will define and own Kindred's voice across channels, write and review copy for paid, product, lifecycle, and social, create voice and narrative frameworks, centralize agency output, and partner with Product, Growth, and Creative to ensure consistent messaging.
