The role also involves hiring, mentoring, and managing Product Managers while remaining hands-on with platform product decisions.

Own the Paris workplace experience end to end, including office operations, facilities, suppliers, events, onboarding, culture-building, expenses, and compliance coordination. Partner with People, Finance, and Legal while supporting remote employees across locations. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, ownership, and fluency in French and English. The manager will help scale workplace rituals and operations as Joko grows internationally.

Design and run end-to-end lifecycle programs across in-app, push, and email to convert new signups into high-LTV users. Own onboarding, retention, reactivation, referral, segmentation, and experimentation; partner with Product, Data, and Brand. Apply AI to automate segmentation, copy, QA, and reporting while running continuous A/B tests to improve outcomes.

Run candidate sourcing and outreach, screen inbound applicants, manage interview logistics and candidate operations, experiment with AI tools for sourcing/screening, and contribute to employer branding and TA process projects.

Own the end-to-end Juno AI shopping assistant experience, including conversational UX, recommendation logic, user testing, roadmap, rollout strategy, quality metrics, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with design, engineering, and the Catalog team to define and launch a new AI-powered product from the ground up.

Own Joko’s Core UX task force and roadmap across mobile apps, browser extensions, and web. Lead navigation, onboarding, login, cashback collection, search, redeem, performance, reliability, and foundational platform work from discovery through post-launch monitoring. Make cross-platform trade-offs, define metrics, drive UX improvements, align stakeholders, and collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver experiences used by millions of consumers.

Own Joko’s universal product catalog end to end, including merchant and product coverage, data normalization, freshness, reliability, internationalization, automation, and catalog metrics. Partner with engineers, design, business stakeholders, and merchants to define architecture, prioritize integrations, automate operations, and build a scalable multi-market catalog supporting Juno’s AI shopping assistant.

Own Joko’s Online task force and the end-to-end affiliate revenue chain, including purchase capture, tracking, attribution, cashback, coupons, and BNPL. Analyze funnel leakage, prioritize revenue opportunities, run A/B tests, improve browser and backend tracking reliability, and develop strategies addressing privacy and browser restrictions. Collaborate with engineers, designers, merchant teams, Care, Data, and affiliate platforms while balancing revenue, margin, user trust, and technical complexity.

Own the Platform task force roadmap for internal tools, automation, AI agents, security, compliance, reliability, and operational scalability. Map internal workflows, prioritize automation and legacy-system migrations, design permissions and auditability, and measure time saved, cost reduction, risk reduction, and adoption. Partner with Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal, Data, Care, and product design to align stakeholders and deliver impactful internal products.
