Supports the IT and AV sales team by preparing quotes, registering vendor deals, analyzing costs, managing vendor and client relationships, processing orders, coordinating deliveries and installations, maintaining sales records, producing reports, and resolving customer issues. The role also mentors engineers, collaborates with project and solution teams, presents to executives and customers, and represents the company in vendor and industry engagements. Requires extensive enterprise networking experience, advanced routing and switching expertise, and strong consulting and communication skills.

Provides post-sales installation, configuration, support, troubleshooting, and design of advanced IT systems. Delivers technical assistance, customer training, pre-sales engineering, bill-of-materials development, and guidance to customer support teams. Supports Microsoft cloud offerings, coordinates technical activities, maintains certifications, and collaborates with internal and external clients. The role requires independent planning, strong communication, daily travel to appointments, and occasional after-hours work for project-related downtime.

The vCIO oversees client relationships, manages support requests, and develops IT strategies to enhance technology impact on businesses. The role balances proactive and reactive client engagements.
