Leads monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities in a global multi-entity, multi-currency environment. Oversees reconciliations, consolidations, intercompany accounting, journal entries, variance analysis, audits, and financial controls. Manages and develops a team of financial analysts, partners with cross-functional stakeholders, and drives process standardization, automation, documentation, and finance transformation initiatives.

Provides administrative and financial support to the franchise team, including onboarding, compliance tracking, records management, invoice processing, account reconciliation, budgeting, expense tracking, audits, and franchisee communications. Coordinates franchise materials in the portal and manages global mascot shipping and cleaning logistics. Maintains confidential documentation and supports regulatory compliance while serving as a liaison between franchisees, vendors, and corporate teams.

Owns the operational administration, accuracy, and maintenance of licensing rights, contract, product, territory, SKU, and reporting data. Supervises updates for amendments, renewals, expiries, and terminations; translates approved agreements into system and reporting requirements; supports new property and territory onboarding; provides operational guidance; and manages a small Rights Management team while collaborating with Legal, Commercial, Finance, Royalties, and Operations.

Drives growth of WildBrain-owned brands across Asia, especially China, by developing licensing opportunities, identifying market and retail expansion opportunities, supporting negotiations, and managing cross-functional execution. Partners with commercial, marketing, legal, finance, and product teams to deliver revenue targets. Represents the company with industry partners, provides performance updates, and recommends growth strategies. Requires strong relationship-building, commercial judgment, negotiation, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Drives growth of WildBrain-owned brands across Asia, especially China, by developing licensing opportunities, commercial partnerships, and retail expansion strategies. Coordinates Partnerships, Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product Development teams; supports negotiations, forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking, and stakeholder management. Represents the company at industry meetings and provides leadership with performance updates and revenue-growth recommendations.

Coordinates sales meetings, inquiries, travel and events while supporting content distribution, licensing deals, reporting, forecasting and revenue tracking. Creates rights availability reports, client presentations, newsletters and sales materials, using Excel, PowerPoint, FilmTrack and Mailchimp. Collaborates with legal, rights, franchise, content and sales teams to advance deals, maintain accurate records and improve sales processes. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical, writing and cross-functional coordination skills.

Coordinate and support regional marketing campaigns and activations across online, offline, retail, and experiential channels for APAC. Manage timelines, approvals, asset adaptations, social scheduling, agency coordination, reporting, and post-campaign summaries. Provide administrative support including invoice processing, budget tracking, and event attendance. Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders and support social-first, digital-led campaigns.

Twelve-month full-time internship supporting end-to-end recruitment across APAC, primarily China and Singapore. Duties include posting jobs, translating postings to Chinese, maintaining SmartRecruiters, screening CVs, shortlisting, candidate outreach and scheduling, coordinating interviews across time zones, talent sourcing, and assisting employer branding and recruitment projects while providing a positive candidate experience.
