Oversee HR operations for Nigeria and West Africa, including payroll administration, statutory deductions, employee records, contracts, onboarding, exits, compliance, audits, and HR governance. Support leadership hiring, workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, crisis response, and policy advisory. Partner with Finance, Legal, and senior leadership while producing HR reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and aligning people operations with business objectives.

Lead customer relations strategies and a team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and collaboration across departments, while analyzing customer data for insights.

Manage application for solar PV projects, including site design, engineering, client collaboration, and creating project plans. Provide technical expertise and compliance knowledge.
