Lead and scale Bigblue’s Revenue Operations function across multiple European markets. Manage the RevOps team, define strategy and processes, optimize HubSpot and sales tooling, improve pipeline management and forecasting, build performance dashboards, oversee pricing and contract operations, and drive sales enablement, documentation, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Manage qualified and self-sourced leads through the full sales cycle, from discovery and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing. Engage C-level decision-makers at fashion and cosmetics brands, understand customer needs, communicate Bigblue’s value, build proposals, exceed sales targets, and improve sales processes, commercial approaches, and KPI monitoring. The role requires fluent Spanish and professional English, autonomy, a hunter mindset, and a data-driven approach.

Owns full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across Europe, partnering with engineering, product, data, and leadership stakeholders. Responsibilities include sourcing, intake meetings, candidate assessment, interview planning, stakeholder coordination, offer management, closing, and process improvement. The role also develops technical recruiting playbooks, scorecards, interviewer guidance, funnel metrics, and candidate pitches while improving hiring quality and speed.
