The Solutions Engineer partners with Sales, Marketing, and Product to support complex enterprise opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle. Responsibilities include leading technical discussions and product demonstrations, designing tailored solutions, supporting sales enablement, maintaining demo environments, advising customers, sharing market insights with Product, and mentoring other Solutions Engineers. The role is fully remote but includes customer engagements and conferences.

Own the outbound sales development function by hiring, ramping, coaching, and developing a BDR/SDR team. Build and optimize prospecting playbooks, manage pipeline generation, improve CRM and outbound technology usage, and establish operating rhythms for accountability. Partner with Marketing and Sales on ICP, campaigns, and pipeline handoffs. Coach reps through behavior change, performance management, and development plans while maintaining predictable pipeline attainment.

Own product marketing and go-to-market initiatives across Instinct Science’s veterinary technology portfolio. Develop positioning, messaging, launch plans, sales enablement, competitive analysis, customer research, training, webinars, and performance measurement. Partner with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive product adoption, engagement, retention, and growth while building scalable product marketing processes.
