Lead and scale Slate's digital product design across web, mobile, in-vehicle HMI, and marketplace experiences. Define design vision, build design systems and tooling, run UX research and optimization (A/B and multivariate testing), partner with product and engineering, hire and mentor design teams, and represent design at executive levels to ensure cohesive, accessible, and measurable customer experiences.

Lead frontend architecture and implementation for Slate's digital customer experience. Drive design, code, testing, and delivery across web and mobile, mentor engineers, collaborate with UX/product, and make long-term technical trade-offs to ensure reliability and scalability.

Lead cross-functional program activities for the General Assembly line: schedule and risk management, stakeholder communication, technical coordination, budget forecasting, ERP and digital tool integration, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement to ensure on-time, on-budget launch and operations.

Lead analytics and product strategy for Slate's auto loan and ancillary products. Build analytics infrastructure, optimize pricing and attach rates using statistical methods and A/B testing, manage lender/partner integrations, and deliver dashboards and KPIs to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Lead and coach cross-functional teams to prevent and resolve product and manufacturing defects using structured problem solving (Six Sigma, DFSS, Shainin). Run root-cause workshops, capture lessons in DFMEAs/DVPs, define quality requirements, drive Lean improvements, integrate AI for solutions, and mentor technical quality staff to ensure robust vehicle design and manufacturing.
