Lead product development for Sales and Service customer experiences in an EV startup. Define multi-year roadmaps, write product requirements, work with engineering/design, gather customer insights, and drive agile, frugal delivery and GTM strategies for B2C mobile and Salesforce-based solutions.

Leads the technical strategy, architecture, implementation, and delivery of a scalable ecommerce platform for vehicle discovery, configuration, checkout, payments, order management, fulfillment, and ownership experiences. Builds and tests distributed systems, drives code quality and technical decisions, partners with product and UX teams, simplifies complex problems, and mentors engineers while balancing customer impact, business needs, and long-term technology excellence.

Develop, write, and maintain technical specifications for buildings, site work, MEP systems, and automotive manufacturing equipment. Ensure compliance with codes and standards, coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and operations, manage specification library and approved equipment lists, and respond to RFIs during bidding and construction.

Lead and scale Slate's digital product design across web, mobile, in-vehicle HMI, and marketplace experiences. Define design vision, build design systems and tooling, run UX research and optimization (A/B and multivariate testing), partner with product and engineering, hire and mentor design teams, and represent design at executive levels to ensure cohesive, accessible, and measurable customer experiences.

Perform daily cash application and AR operations in SAP; process refunds/chargebacks; reconcile payment processors, lenders, and bank accounts; run AR aging and collect overdue balances; support month-end close and manual journal entries; maintain SOX-ready controls, process documentation, and contribute to building AR procedures and cross-functional integrations.
