Owns the day-to-day HR service across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning and development, policies, payroll and benefits administration, HR systems, people data, reward, wellbeing, engagement, and internal events. The role advises managers and employees, supports senior leadership, improves HR processes, and contributes to people and culture initiatives across the business.
