Develop, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint integrations. Manage environments, permissions, and data gateways; implement governance, security, and compliance; gather requirements from users; provide support, documentation, and training; collaborate with IT security and recommend performance improvements.

Provide on-site system administration and security support for a government client: manage Windows systems, Active Directory, patching/IAVA, STIG implementation, virtualization (VMware/Hypervisor), VDI (Citrix), storage and SQL maintenance, PACS administration, troubleshooting, documentation, and occasional travel. Ensure compliance and train users with minimal supervision.
