Seeking a Director of Corporate Development to lead M&A, financing, and joint ventures, managing the full deal lifecycle and financial modeling for digital infrastructure and energy projects.

Lead commercial strategy and business development for Hut8's data center services, targeting AI-sector clients. Secure major agreements, build and manage a commercial team, drive revenue, maintain client and partner relationships, and monitor market and competitor trends to inform strategy.

Oversee financial management of construction projects, track costs, manage budgets, prepare reports, ensure compliance, and enhance processes.

Lead legal support for strategic transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Oversee transaction execution, negotiation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Lead preconstruction strategy for large-scale data center developments, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and construction readiness.

Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures for Form 10-K/10-Q, perform month/quarter/year-end close, manage general ledger reconciliations, draft US GAAP technical memos, support audits and regulatory compliance, and improve financial controls and reporting processes.
