As a Staff Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs, while also enhancing frontend systems and mentoring engineers.

Build, operate, and improve a scalable cloud data platform and AI/LLM enablement tooling. Provision infrastructure with Terraform, manage Kubernetes-hosted services (Airflow, APIs, AI services), develop CI/CD pipelines, support dbt and cloud warehouses, troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance and cost, and create developer enablement and documentation.

Guide clients through international property payment transactions, convert opportunities into active workspaces, drive platform adoption, resolve transactional escalations, collaborate with sales, product, compliance, and operations, and maintain accurate CRM records to improve transaction completion and revenue.

Serve as primary client contact handling enquiries, pitching services, registering and allocating clients, identifying and executing trading opportunities, maintaining CRM records, performing administration, and meeting sales targets and KPIs.

Guide international property buyers, sellers, and professionals through payments and onboarding; resolve transactional escalations; drive Redpin platform adoption; collaborate with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Operations; maintain CRM and operational metrics to meet revenue and SLA goals.
