Execute mergers and acquisitions transactions from start to finish, including financial analysis, valuation, industry research, buyer and target outreach, transaction marketing materials, client and senior banker interaction, due diligence, negotiations, and closings. The Associate will also support business development, contribute to firm-growth initiatives, and help develop Analysts while gaining exposure to international clients and buyers.

Leads daily operations for Data Specialists supporting valuation-platform onboarding, private-market data collection, reporting, testing, technology support, and process improvement. Assigns work, coaches team members, reviews quality, manages project plans and risks, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, investigates data issues, and supports Anaplan enhancements and user acceptance testing. The role also performs hands-on data and operational work and evaluates AI and data-extraction solutions.

Lead mid-market Business Services M&A transactions end-to-end: prepare pitch materials, structure deals, build and review complex financial models, manage Associates/Analysts, serve as client day-to-day contact, prepare term sheets, support due diligence, and contribute to business development and team training.

The Associate will provide transaction opinions, financial analyses, and advisory services, focusing on M&A and valuation processes. Responsibilities include financial modeling, preparing presentations, managing timelines, and client coordination.

Lead HR for emerging markets (India, Japan, China, Dubai, Brazil). Oversee regional HR team, employee relations, compliance with local labor laws, compensation, HRIS (Workday), performance/talent management, reporting, and Mumbai office culture. Partner with global HR, Finance, and Legal to standardize processes and support growth.

The Valuation Systems Analyst will support Lincoln's valuation model technology, collaborate on product development, and assist with technical support and training.

Support full-cycle sell-side M&A engagements: build financial analyses and valuations, conduct industry research, identify buyers/targets, prepare CIMs and presentations, facilitate due diligence and closings, interact with senior bankers and client executives, support business development and mentor analysts.

The VOG Data Specialist supports Lincoln's valuation platform, ensuring data quality in the private market database and assisting with valuation challenges.
