Own ARR quota, forecast accuracy, and pipeline; hire, train, and manage up to 11 AEs across US and Canada; drive Google Cloud co-sell motions and executive alignment; build Canada and Startups go-to-market from scratch; define regional org structure, comp, and quota planning.

Lead global paid media strategy and execution across search, social, display, video, programmatic, and OOH. Build ABM and geo-targeting, manage multi-region budgets, optimize toward pipeline and revenue, maintain measurement (GA4, GTM, attribution), run experiments, integrate intent signals, leverage AI for bidding and creative, and partner with product, RevOps, and agencies to scale performance.

Lead outbound sales development as a player-coach: build and automate enrichment workflows, prioritize accounts using intent data, carry personal pipeline targets, coach and ramp BDRs, and use analytics and call review tools to optimize funnel performance.
