Oversee daily operations of the New York office, staff front desk, manage vendors, supplies, facilities liaison, support meetings and events, assist with select financial tasks (AP, expense reports, petty cash), coordinate basic hiring/onboarding and maintain office records. Provide general administrative and supervisory support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Support investor marketing and due diligence for LIHTC investments by compiling and maintaining investor materials, coordinating internal responses, administering the investor portal, managing IR data in Salesforce, coordinating meetings and site visits, and assisting with invoices, onboarding, and special projects to ensure timely, accurate investor communications.

Lead LIHTC tax structuring and financial model reviews, support underwriters and investors, update models for tax law changes, coordinate closings and post-closing reviews, train analysts, and advise cross-functionally on complex LIHTC transactions and structuring issues.

Lead and maintain ECLF's operational framework, including policy and procedure management, business systems administration, cross-functional coordination across lending, capital, portfolio administration and asset management teams, contract and payments management, program monitoring, and support for program development and implementation. Serve as program management lead and ECLF representative on Enterprise-level operational and data governance initiatives, audits, and systems improvements.
