Provide mechanical subject-matter expertise for data center design, operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and incident RCA. Drive operational standards for capital projects, optimize reliability and efficiency, develop runbooks/BCP, mentor operations staff, support audits/M&A, and evaluate new technologies to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient critical infrastructure performance.

Lead technical authority for OT and data-center network infrastructure: perform forensic RCA on telemetry blackouts, enforce network design and failover mandates, audit fleet OT cybersecurity hygiene, validate next-gen transport for AI cooling, and serve as Tier-3 escalation translating technical risk to executives.

Support forecasting, annual budgeting, variance analysis, and special projects. Build financial models, perform ad-hoc and trend analysis, partner with business leaders, and provide recommendations to senior management.

Lead design management for data center and hyperscale construction projects from preconstruction through turnover. Oversee third-party design teams, coordinate with construction managers, operations, sales, and customers, manage design deliverables, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and project metrics, and ensure compliance with design standards and cost controls.

Lead integrated design management across multiple data center projects, aligning schedule, cost, constructability, and system priorities; mentor design managers; enforce design gating, risk tracking, and standards; coordinate with construction and prepare leadership updates.

Lead preconstruction efforts for data center developments, managing project feasibility, cost structure, design optimization, and project execution strategies.

Support owner-furnished equipment (OFE) supply chain and project coordination for data center construction. Assist with vendor communication, cost and schedule tracking, documentation management (Procore/SharePoint), financial admin (RFPs, POs, invoices), and process improvements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The Compliance Manager oversees the compliance program, ensuring all facilities meet regulatory and contractual obligations. Responsibilities include developing frameworks, conducting audits, managing data, and improving processes for operational compliance.
