Provide administrative support to Partners in the Americas: calendar and travel coordination, expense and timesheet tracking, CRM data entry, document handling, meeting prep, and basic research and slide preparation. Primarily remote with periodic in-office presence in Bogotá.

Drive day-to-day implementation of programs through piloting, iteration, and data-driven learning. Lead research and analysis, develop knowledge products, support strategic communications and client engagement, and coordinate program management tasks including timelines and deliverables. Work closely with managers, project teams, and stakeholders to shape approaches, refine deliverables, and strengthen team practices.
