Sources and manages branded merchandise suppliers, supporting vendor strategy, product costing, production timelines, compliance, quality, shipment tracking, and delivery performance. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Sourcing, Marketing, and Order Entry teams to ensure pricing accuracy and SOX compliance. Review orderbooks, resolve pricing inquiries, support data validation and testing, and lead training on pricing processes. The role is onsite in Everett, Washington.

Leads an EU logistics team supporting inbound and outbound shipments across EMEA. Responsibilities include managing coordinators, overseeing 3PL operations, improving processes and service levels, maintaining SOPs, preparing performance dashboards, coordinating deliveries and freight partners, ensuring invoice posting and revenue capture, and supporting safety and environmental compliance.

The role manages content from concept through production, tracks trends and platform best practices, and collaborates with marketing, creative, e-commerce, paid media, and product teams to support launches while maintaining brand consistency.

Develops licensed consumer products from concept through production and shipment. Manages timelines, product specifications, tech packs, BOMs, costing, samples, packaging, approvals, testing, and product tracking. Coordinates with design, licensing, sourcing, factories, sales, QA, and external licensors to ensure products meet creative, quality, budget, and delivery requirements.
