Leads revenue operations, analytics, reporting, risk controls, and process improvement across sales and client-facing teams. Oversees dashboards and business insights, identifies revenue opportunities and leakage, supports compliance and fraud prevention, optimizes CRM and revenue technology workflows, and advises leadership on pricing, productivity, and performance. Manages and develops an analytics and operational support team while collaborating with Sales, Product, IT, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
