Leads and mentors the Data Engineering team while remaining hands-on in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, warehouses, integrations, and infrastructure. Directs cross-functional sales, customer success, solutions engineering, and subject matter expert teams; establishes account and pipeline operating cadences; builds teams; manages strategic customer relationships; and partners with Product, Marketing, Support, and Engineering on go-to-market execution and product planning.

Provide technical support for globally distributed servers, diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues. Monitor server hardware, administer systems, and work with cloud technologies. The role offers mentorship and structured training, with no night shifts, overtime, or phone support. Candidates should have English proficiency for email correspondence, attention to detail, basic computer hardware and networking knowledge, and ideally experience with Linux operating systems, terminal commands, and installing Windows or Linux from scratch.

Leads the transformation of Nexcess’s fragmented implementation and migration teams into one scalable organization. Owns post-sale delivery through customer go-live, standardizes methodologies and processes, establishes performance metrics, selects operational tooling, and balances human-led and self-service delivery. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to improve time-to-value, reduce costs, automate implementation work, and potentially develop implementation services into a revenue-generating professional services offering.

Build and scale Nexcess’s Managed Cloud partner program from the ground up. Recruit and manage resellers, referral partners, MSPs, VARs, agencies, and other strategic partners; establish program structures, processes, enablement, and partner economics; develop partner-sourced pipeline and new-logo revenue; support co-selling; monitor performance; and report results to Sales leadership. This autonomous individual-contributor role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Support.

Owns end-to-end relationships for an assigned portfolio of digital cloud customers. Responsibilities include proactive check-ins, QBRs, issue triage, coordinating technical resources, maintaining account context, communicating product roadmaps, reducing churn, and driving expansion, cross-sell, upsell, annual-contract conversion, and net revenue retention.

Administer and maintain network equipment across multiple data centers, handle internal and external client requests, troubleshoot network issues, and contribute to network expansion, site connectivity, equipment deployment, and automation projects. The role requires strong LAN/WAN, BGP, OSPF, Layer 2 networking, and troubleshooting knowledge, with data center networking experience and vendor expertise considered advantageous.

Leads product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for Performance Cloud solutions. Translates complex infrastructure capabilities into business value, develops buyer personas and sales enablement, supports product launches, conducts market and customer research, and drives competitive differentiation. Partners with Product, Sales, and executive teams on revenue initiatives, pricing, and thought leadership. Manages and develops a high-performing Product Marketing team while improving organizational alignment and execution.

Own the full sales cycle for high-volume, short-cycle digital cloud deals, from pipeline generation and outbound prospecting through closing and handoff. Maintain strong daily activity, manage multiple opportunities, achieve quota, and perform competitively on sales leaderboards. Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Solutions Engineers while targeting SMB and technical buyers.
